Glow Powder Mixing Instructions

Glow powder can be mixed with the medium in a variety of ways.

We suggest about 10% by volume of glow powder to medium.  This ratio is not critical, therefore do not worry about exact measurements.

Pour the powder into the container of medium and shake for about 2 minutes.  If you purchase the medium from us, it will include stainless steel balls to help with the initial mixing.  For larger amounts, use a paint stirring stick or ask your local hardware store to put the paint on their paint mixer for a few minutes.

If you only need a very small amount of paint, you can poor a small pile of medium onto a piece of disposable plastic, and then poor the powder on top and mix with a paint brush or disposable stirring stick.
